摘    要:外植体及取材部位对大花萱草愈伤组织的诱导和丛生芽的形成都有显著的影响,实验证明花托是理想的外植体取材部位,适当的培养基可使花托的诱导率达100%;培养基中6-BA和NAA不同的浓度比及不同的取材部位,使增殖系数及丛生芽的质量有明显差异,实验中丛生芽的增殖系数最高可达16。

Abstract:Explant and position of procurement of materials affected the induction of callus and the formation of shoot clumps of Hemerocallis fulva significantly. It was proved that receptacle was the ideal position of procurement of explant, and the induction rate of receptacle reached 100% in the appropriate medium.The proliferation coefficient and quality of shoot clumps varied significantly according to the different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA and different positions of procurement of materials, in which the highest proliferation coefficient reached 16.
