沥青混合料高温稳定性的单轴静载蠕变试验

摘    要:为探讨油石比和空隙率对沥青混合料高温性能的影响,对AC-20改进型沥青混合料进行了单轴静载蠕变试验研究。结果表明,流变时间Ft值与混合料高温稳定性有较好的相关性,Ft值越大,混合料的高温抗变形能力越好;柔量—时间半对数曲线直线部分的截距a值和斜率m值越大,混合料的高温性能越差,相关性相对较差。当空隙率大于4%时,空隙率越小,混合料高温性能越好;在最佳油石比下,混合料具有较好的高温性能。

Abstract:A static uniaxial creep test was carried out to investigate the influence of the void ratio and the asphalt-aggregate ratio on the high temperature stability of modified AC-20I asphalt mixture.The results are as follows: there is a clear correlation between the F_t and the stability of the mixture at high temperature,with the stability increasing as the F_t gets greater;as the intercept and slope of the compliance-time semi-logarithm curve gets larger,the stability decreases,but the correlation is not so obvious;when the void ratio was more than 4%,the less the void ratio,the more stable the mixture is;when the asphalt-aggregate ratio is optimum,the mixture is fairly stable at high temperature.
