艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗疗效分析

目的：探讨、观察艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗的临床疗效、安全性、免疫重建的规律性和影响因素。方法：对41例艾滋病患者用国家免费抗病毒药物治疗，采用规范的督导管理模式，定期随访观察临床疗效、药物副作用，并做血常规、肝肾功、血糖、血脂、CD4、病毒载量等检测。结果：服药依从性在95％～100％之间，平均98．8％。所有病人临床症状均不同程度改善，无死亡和严重不良事件发生。治疗满12个月的19例患者有89．5％的患者CD4上升，总体CD4平均上升120．8个／μl,12例做病毒载量（HIVRNA）检测结果：100％的患者HIVRNA持续下降，6个月时、12月时有75％的患者HIVRNA检测不出。结论：高效的联合抗病毒治疗对艾滋病患者有确切疗效，治疗1年抗病毒治疗总有效率为94．7％。科学规范的督导管理，确保病人95％以上的依从性是治疗成功的关键。

A Clinical Study of Free Anti-virus Treatment of AIDS

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect,security and the effect of free anti-virus treatment of AIDS patients.Methods: 41 AIDS patients were treated with anti-virus drug free obtained from the government,a standard supervision management model was applied,and regular follow-up was performed to observe the clinical effect and side effect.At the same time,the blood cell counts,renal function,serum sugar level,serum lipid level,CD4 and virus loads were detected.Results: The compliance of all patients was between 95% and 100%,with an average of 98.8%.The symptoms of all patients were improved,without death and serious side effects.The CD4 cell counts ascended in 89.5% of 19 patients which received 12 months of treatment,increasing 120.8/ ul.Virus loads(HIVRNA)were detected in 12 patients,and the HIVRNA of all patients declined continuously,and in 6 months and 12 months,the HIVRNA of 75% patients were detected.Conclusion: Highly effective and combined anti-virus treatment was effective to AIDS patients,and the total effect rate was 94.7%.Scientific and standard supervision management which could ensure 95% of compliance was the key to successful treatment.
