| 摘 要： | 文章针对工程投标的多样性、可变性、不确定性等特点,提出用模糊多目标系统最优决策法--最小隶属度偏差法,建立了提高工程投标评标的科学适用的数学模型,最后结合实例,对方法的适用性进行了分析验证。
