高强高性能混凝土设计的理论和方法探讨

摘    要:提出了高强高性能混凝土配合比设计的理论和方法——“全定量法”可作为高强高性能混凝土设计的一般方法的参考,其特点是:根据水泥的化学组成来确定矿物掺合料的掺量和水灰比,在满足完全水化的同时略有富余;优选密实度较好的骨料,以降低空隙率,减少水泥浆用量;将骨料化为直径为D的球体,然后用水泥浆体来包裹球体并填充球体间的空隙.经实验验证,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The theory and method about the design of the high strength and high performance concrete are considered as a general means(completely quantitative means). Its peculiarity is as follows: the mineral dust-to-cement ratio and the water-to-cement ratio are defined by the components of the cement. The quantity of water is a little richer than that which makes the cement completely hydrated. The dense aggregates are used to decrease the gap among the aggregates and the quantity of the cement and water. They are looked upon as a spheroid whose diameter is D. Then, the gap among the aggregates is filled with cement and water. During the experiments, the result of the test is satisfactory.
