| 摘 要： | 实现中国的统一，是全中国人民的愿望。全中国人民的支持，是实现祖国统一的根本保证。其中，台湾人民的支持，又是一个重要的条件。在祖国统一问题上，坚持人民观，就是要从全中国人民的根本利益出发，以一国两制的方式实现祖国的和平统一，就是要坚决反对台独，就是要争取台湾人民的支持。

| Abstract: | It is the inviolable duty of all Chinese people,including our compariots in Taiwan, to accomplish the great task of reunifying the motherland. The return of Taiwan our sacred territory to our motherland is the common goal of the Chinese people on both sides of the Strait, it also embodies the interests of all Chinese people. Sticking to this outlook of people and the realization of Jiangzhemin's “three representatives” is the solid base of the great cause of reunification. |
