| Abstract: | The paper first analyses the existing status and problems concerning the maritime search and rescue in Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and then draws a conclusion that the establishment of the maritime search and rescue fund is an effective means for the fund indemnity mechanism of maritime search and rescue after discussing the establishment,indemnity,management of and access to the maritime search and rescue fund. |
