进入新世纪,伴随着国家经济结构调整步伐的加快和我国加入WTO,作为国民经济运行血脉的银行,如何面对这一机遇和挑战,在更好地服务于当地经济的同时,实现自身的健康发展,笔者认为：一是要理清思路,在发展的步伐中有效控制金融风险,实现多赢;二是银行要加强调查研究,使金融资源配置与经济结构调整同步;三是银行要使多种产品齐头并进,以最优的服务支持地方经济发展。

How to be a Strong Economic Pillar in the New Century

With the further adjustment of economic structure and China ' s entry into the WTO,how does a bank,as an important sector in the country ' s economy,meet with the chances and challenges,serve the local economy better and realize its own healthy development at the same time.The author holds that a bank should effectively control the financial risks to win"multi-profit",that a bank should make a better study and investigation to coordinate the financial resources and the adjustment of economic structure,and that a variety of financial measures should be made to serve and support the development of local economy.
