特种加工开放型实验的研究与实践

摘    要:以江苏大学国家级实验教学示范中心为平台,按学生创新能力培养的不同阶段和认识发展规律,分层次安排特种加工技术工程实践与实验教学,开展特种加工开放型实验,实现从认知型向实践创新型的转变,这对多层次人才的工程实践和创新能力的提高具有重要作用。此模式开展3年多以来,取得良好的教学效果,这促使工业中心在今后的教学中不断强调传授知识与培养能力并重的原则,增加综合性、开发性实验,以适应素质教育的发展需要。

Abstract:National experimental teaching demonstration center of Jiangsu University is taken as a platform,according to students' different stages of the innovation formation and development rule of understanding. Sub-level arrangements for engineering practice and experiment teaching of non-traditional processing technology have been carried out,open experiments of non-traditional processing were launched for engineering students,the conversions from cognitive mode to innovative practice were realized,which play an important role in training quality of multi-level talents,especially in engineering practice and innovative capability. This mode was carried out more than three years,good teaching results and general recognition were achieved. It prompted the engineering training center to emphasize equal importance of imparting knowledge and training ability continuously,meanwhile increase the comprehensive and developed experiment,to meet the development needs of quality education.
