摘    要:职业安全是当今社会关注的焦点之一,由于职业安全缺乏所产生的各种问题已经影响到社会的稳定和企业的发展。职业生涯设计可以有效地解决个人的职业安全问题,而个人职业生涯设计的实现需要借助企业的力量,这就为企业实施人才战略提供了新的契机。

Abstract:The occupational safety is one of the focuses concerned by today’s society,and various problems caused by the absence of the occupational safety have influenced the social stability and enterprise’s development.The career design can effectively solve the problem of personal occupational safety,and the realization of personal career design needs drawing support from enterprise,which provides new opportunity for enterprise to implement the talent strategy.
