| 摘 要： | 研究型大学与政府科研机构在国家科研体制中的定位与分工是影响一个国家科技资源配置的重要因素。本文概括了世界主要国家研究型大学与政府科研机构的关系模式，并着重探讨了美英模式和德法模式国家两者合作的经验，从而结合我国的国情，对如何实现我国研究型大学与政府科研机构的关系重建提出了若干建设性的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The position of the research universities and the government scientific institutions in national R&D system and their division of work are the key factors which influence the distribution of the state R&D resources.The paper summarizes the relation models of the research universities and the government scientific research institutions in the world,and mainly explores the corporative experience of them from two models,the America-Britain model and Germany-France model.The paper also proposes some instructive measures and suggestions on how to reconstruct the relations between the research universities and the government scientific research institutions according to the situation in China. |
