| 摘 要： | 分析指出女大学生对操课产生兴趣的主要原因是：①健美操的特点及其锻炼价值；②自身健美和保健的需要；③社会就业竞争的需要，指出高校公体健美操课目前存在教学时数不足、教学大纲和标准与个体差异的矛盾以及教学条件相对简陋等问题，并提出了一些相应的改革建议。

| Abstract: | According to feedback information,the main reasons that the female university students have deep interest in the course of callisthenics are as follows:1.The characteristics and training value of callisthenics;2.The need of being strong and handsome and keeping fit;3.The need of society employment competition.At the same time,it is also pointed out that there are not enough teaching time of callisthenics in the course of non major physical education,equipment and condition are poor,there exists contradiction between teaching program,criteria and individual differences.Some relevant reform suggestions have been given to solve these problems. |
