北京市城市贫困阶层问题研究

从北京社会经济发展的实际状况出发,对城市贫困、贫困标准进行了客观界定,并以国内外六大类贫困标准的测算方法为理论依据,在科学实践的基础上,确定了北京城市贫困标准的测算方法.以"九五"时期的抽样调查资料为基础,对北京市目前贫困群体构成特征作出了量化分析,对历年的城市贫困规模、贫困程度、变动趋势进行了分析、研究和动态描述.剖析了导致城市贫困的深层次根源,在此基础上提出了治理城市贫困的对策性建议.

Studying on the Problem of the Urban Poor in Beijing

Proceed from actual conditions of Beijing socio economic development, it defines the standard of urban poor and poor objectively. Based on value method of six standards from abroad to at home and accordance to science practices, it defines the measure method of the standard of Beijing urban poor. Having analyzed the characteristic of poor group quantitatively based on the material of sample investigation during the Ninth Five Plan, studied on the urban poor scale, poor degree and tendency per year, dissected the deep reason of urban poor, it puts forward the countermeasure proposal to administer urban poor.
