| 摘 要： | 目前在体育比赛中，老队员发挥着不可替代的作用。但在我国，很多运动员却过早地离开了运动赛场。笔者认为这是一个不容忽视的问题。并且对此作了进一步的论述，阐述了大龄运动员参加训练和比赛的优势所在．并从根本上找出了造成这种现象的原因，提出了一些解决的办法。

| Abstract: | At present, veteran athletes still play an unreplaceable part in athletics. But in our country, many of these veteran athletes had to leave the racing arena at too early an age.The authors of the present article believe that this is an unignoreable problem. In the further discussion of this problem, the authors expounded the superiority of veteran athletes in taking part in trainings and races. And with the finding-out of the basic cause of this phenomenon, solutions to the problem have ho suggested. |
