| 摘 要： | 服饰设计中可以利用缝纫线的材料性质、线的规格、加工工艺以及特殊缝纫方法达到装饰目的。针对这一点开发研制了新型的低支系列装饰缝纫线。文中论述了该装饰缝纫线的设计思想、纺纱制线工艺技术并分析了线的品质和应用性能。结果表明,用涤纶和腈纶短纤维在国产设备上可以制出满足缝纫线品质要求、低成本、高装饰效果的装饰缝纫线。

| Abstract: | A series of newly developed ornamental sewing threads made of polyester and acrylic staple fiber respectively are introduced in this paper. The idea of designing, processing techniques and application are discussed in detail. Also thequality of the sewing threads and test methods are given. |
