摘    要:为了对镗杆施加径向可控随动作用力,在镗床主轴与镗杆之间设置一个柔性铰链变形机构(转子),而在其外围设置一个多磁极加力机构(定子),两者形成一个回转式电磁微位移驱动机构.定子与转子之间的作用力取决于定子线圈中的控制电流,改变控制电流可以改变转子与定子之间的作用力,实现转子相对于定子的径向微位移.通过对电磁驱动力的数值建模,提出了实现电磁驱动机构同步驱动的控制方法;通过对电磁驱动力线性化误差进行分析,给出了电磁驱动器关键参数的设计方法.在正常工作范围内,电磁驱动器微位移与控制电流之间具有较好的线性关系.模拟试验表明,通过改变控制电流的大小,转子(镗杆)中心的回转半径随之变化,从而带动镗杆在径向上做精密微位移.

Abstract:For the boring of non-circular shapes, a revolving electromagnetic actuation mechanism composed of electromagnetic stator and electromagnetic rotor was developed. The main component of the rotor is a flexure-hinged based flexible body. There are four pole-pairs coils in the stator supplying actuation currents. The micro displacement between the stator and rotor can be controlled by changing the currents applied on the pole-pairs coils. With the linearization of the actuation force near static action point, a linear relationship between control current and the actuation force is constructed, and the synchronizing control method of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism is illuminated. With the two-factor analysis of the linearization error of the actuation force, the influences of control current and micro displacement to the linearization error of the actuation force were studied, which would contribute to improve the control accuracy of radial micro displacement of the mechanism. The calibration of the mechanism indicates the relationship between the micro displacement and control current has linear characteristics in the wanted micro displacement dimension. The simulation tests show that the turning radius of the rotor changes with the control current proportionally.
