电力能源生产可持续发展的政策分析

中国是世界上第二大能源生产和消费国,但电力能源结构却过度依赖火电,这降低了整体的能源利用效率。为此,要加大一次能源向二次能源的转化,以节能为目标出台相关政策,提高电力能源在能源消费和生产结构中的比例,以保障电力能源生产的可持续性。

Policy Analysis on Sustainable Energy Development of Electric Power Production

China is the second-largest country of energy production and consumption in the world.However,its energy structure of electric power relies excessively on the thermal power,which makes the overall energy efficiency lower.Thus,there is need to increase the conversion rate from primary energy to secondary energy,to introduce relevant policy for the purpose of energy-saving,and to improve the ratio of electricity energy in the structure of energy consumption and production,so as to guarantee the sustainability of energy production of electricity.
