| 摘 要： | 通过二维实映射研究非线性Kronig-Penney(K-P)超晶格中的波输运,数值计算得到不同非线性系数的映射图以及相应的波位移平方在超晶格中的分布.非线性K-P超晶格中的非线性,对超晶格中波函数的Bloch波矢有明显的调节作用.随着非线性系数的增大,映射图由周期函数的有限个分立点变为准周期函数的一条闭合轨道、以及混沌吸引子.

| Abstract: | The wave transportation in nonlinear Kronig-Penney model is investigated by a two-dimensional real map. The maps for different nonlinear parameters under the condition of fixed wave vector are calculated, and the corresponding evolution of the square of wave displacement along the nonlinear superlattice is also numerical calculated. The nonlinear parameter of nonlinear Kronig-Penny superlattice has a distinctive modulation effect on the Bloch wave vector of the wave function in superlattice. In response to the increase of the nonlinear parameter, the map evolutes from a finite number of dots to a closed orbit or a attractor and which corresponds to periodic function, quasiperiodic function and chaos, respectively. |
