锰对锻造中铬合金白口铸铁热处理的影响

摘    要:对含锰<5%的锻造中铬合金白口铸铁热处理的影响规律进行了研究。研究表明,随锰含量的增加,锻造中铬合金白口铸铁的最佳淬火温度降低。其主要原因是锰含量>2%后出现对过冷奥氏体的稳定作用,降低了A1临界温度。

Abstract:in this paper, the law of the effect of manganese on the heat treatment of forged medium-chromium alloy white case iron containing manganese<5?% is studied .With increasing manganese content, the research results show that the best quenching temperature of forged medium-chromium alloy white cast iron is reduced. It is mainly because that supercooling austenite is stable when manganese content>2?%,and critical temperature of A 1 is lowered.
