| 摘 要： | 通过查阅文献资料,结合教学实践,分析了大学女子100m跨栏的技术方法和技术特点.根据学生的生理和心理特点,主要围绕加强跨栏技术与心理素质训练两个方面,对影响跨栏技术动作进行了探析,对提高跨栏教学效果提出了相应的措施.

| Abstract: | By looking up the document data , combination teaching practice, analysis of the University of the women＇ s 100 m hurdles technical methods and technical features. According to the physiological and psychological characteristics, major hurdle on strengthening technical and psychological aspects of the quality of training, right hurdle impact of a technical action, hurdle to improve teaching effectiveness of the corresponding measures. |
