| Abstract: | In consideration of the relation of internal control theory and competitive intelligence, with the five factors of internal control theory, control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring as starting points, this paper puts forward the new construction of enterprise defensive-competitive intelligence and tries to give a new thought about the work of enterprise defensive -competitive intelligence. |
