儿科护理学体验式教学的应用研究

摘    要:将菏泽医学专科学校2009级护理专业的120名学生,随机分为对照组和试验组,各60人,分别进行传统式教学和体验式教学.结果表明,在对教师教学的满意度上,对照组学生为70%,而试验组学生为90%,差异明显;在专业理论与实践技能、沟通与人际交流技能、领导与管理潜能、创造与愿景思维能力、分析与解决问题能力、团队与合作精神等素质方面,试验组学生均明显高于对照组学生.因此,体验式教学具有良好的效果,能够有效地提高学生的综合素质.

A research on Experiencing Teaching in Pediatric Nursing

Abstract:To study the effection that experiencing teaching in pediatric nursing. Methods: 120 students who Studied in class of 2009 in Heze Medical College Nursing profession randomly into control group and experimental group. The control group for traditional teaching, experimental group for experiential teaching. Results: On satisfac- tion of teaching, 70% of control group, and 90% of experimental group, the difference was significant. The level of overall quality( Professional theory and practical skills, Communication, Leadership and Management, Analyze and solve problems, and so on) , experimental group was significantly higher. Conclusion: Experience teaching with good results, can effectively improve the overall quality of students.
