摘    要:海参(SeaCucumber)属于棘皮动物门海参纲.海参是一种高蛋白、低脂、低糖、低胆固醇食品,营养丰富,且含有多种生物活性物质,如海参多糖、海参皂苷、硫酸软骨素等,具有很高的保健和药用价值.海参生物活性物质具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、增加免疫力等作用,本文对其药理作用进行了详细的阐述.

The Research Status of Health Care and Medical Value of Sea Cucumber

Abstract:Sea Cucumber belongs to the Holothurioider of Echinodermata. Sea Cucumber is the food of high protein, low fat, low sugar, low cholesterol and rich nutrition. Sea Cucumber contains a variety of bioactive sub- stances, such as Sea Cucumber polysaccharide, saponins, chondroitin sulfate, etc, which have value of very high health care and medical value. The bioactive substances in Sea Cucumber has the effects of anti - tumor, antibacte- rial, increasing immunity and its pharmacological effects are described in detail.
