| 摘 要： | 教师人文素养不仅是教师职业道德素养的重要内涵，而且是教师专业智慧的重要基础。教师专业发展的重要方面，就是教师的人文素养的发展与提升，包括通过人文知识积累的文化底蕴，表现为高尚师德的人文品格，转化为教育理想的人文价值，追求终极关怀的人文精神，以及最终体现在教师教育实践中的人文行动。

| Abstract: | Teachers' human qualities play an important role in teachers' professional moral quality,working as an important base for teachers' intellectual development.To improve a teacher's human quality,including the humanity knowledge and the teacher's noble moral standards,is the most important aspect in developing the teacher's profession.It will be transformed into human value and human spirit and the human actions demonstrated in the teacher's teaching practice. |
