轴向电磁轴承发热问题研究

摘    要:轴向电磁轴承工作时通常会产生相当大的涡流损耗 ,这些涡流损耗会引起磁轴承和转子发热 ,影响转子的悬浮和运转。首先采用有限元分析软件对轴向电磁轴承的发热问题作了仿真计算 ,发现磁轴承线圈中高频电流幅度是影响发热最重要的一个参数。然后采用 L C滤波有效降低了高频电流幅度。最后通过实验证实 L C滤波有效地解决了轴向电磁轴承的发热问题。

Abstract:Eddy currents cause significant power losses in axial active magnetic bearings, and temperature rapid increase in the magnetic bearing and spindle, which affect the suspension and rotation of the spindle performance. The heating of axial active magnetic bearings was simulated using a finite element analysis. The results show that the amplitude of the high frequency current in the magnetic bearings coil is the most important parameter for the heating. Therefore a LC filter could be used to reduce the amplitude of high-frequency current to effectively solve the heating problem in axial active magnetic bearings.
