研究盘形滚刀破岩机理与提高刀具使用寿命

摘    要:根据岩巷掘进机工地试验中收集的数据及实验室里作压痕实验的观察,发现相邻刀间距与碎落下槽间岩脊时滚刀必须侵入岩体的相应深度之比值是一个变化不大约等于4~5的岩石特性参数.设计掘进机工作机构应根据该参数值与岩刀对应一定刀具的抗侵入强度值来推算其它技术参数.

Abstract:Ratio S/ h is a very important parameter. In this ratio. S is the spacing between two neighboring cut and h is the penetration of disc roller that removes the chips of rock. The ratio value varies little. approximately from 4 to 5 of the characteristic parameters. When a cutterhead or T. B.M. is designed, the ratio S / h and the penetration strength of rock must be taken as a basis for working out the other parameters.
