| Abstract: | In this paper,the molecular origin of non-inserted drug-DNA reaction was revid-wed ; Some related aspects were studied and a few helpful consequences were obtained. These aspects are the speciality of DNA base sequence in the process of minorgroove combination with drugs, the nature and the interaction energy of drug-DNA interaction and the significance of tesearch into the molecular origin of drug-DNA interaction. |
