| 摘 要： | 当冠突伪尾柱虫进入二裂中期,小核排列于融合大核的左侧时,在二者之间作一纵向切割,手术简便,容易获得无小核体.利用某些特定的活体特征作标记,可以快速准确地识别和筛选出无小核体并建立其细胞系.
