摘    要:电子产品寿命期分为早期失效、使用寿命和损耗三个不同的阶段。本文针对GD系列电子点火器提出对其进行老化预处理的必要性。根据汽车的实际工作情况结合电子产品的特点,在尽可能短的时间内剔除早期失效产品,在老化预处理时加上适当的应力(指电子点火器工作时的外部环境的总和)。据此,确定了老化设备应具备的功能,制作了GD系列电子点火器老化设备。经过实践证明,老化设备操作方便,安全可靠。并能有效地剔除早期失效的产品,为提高产品成品质量打下了良好的基础。本文还提出了进一步改进的意见.

Abstract:The life of electronic products has three phases:early lose efficacy, use life and ageing loss. For GD series electronic ignitor, this paper proposes the necessity of ageing pretreatment for its reliability. According to the running environment on vehicle and the feature of electronic products, we determine to exert the stress on GD series electronic ignitor for ageing pretreatment for rejecting early lose efficacy product in short time and make the ageing equipment for GD series electronic ignitor. It is proved that the equipment is handling conveniently,safely and reliably in actual application and rejects effectively the products that are early lose efficacy. It lays a good foundation for improving the product quality. This paper preposes a scheme of ageing equipment with microcomputer control too.
