摘 要: | 以柠檬醛和3-甲基戊烯-1,5—二酸二乙酯为原料,经氢化、缩合、脱羧、转型和分离等步骤,制得高立体化学纯度的昆虫生长调节剂Hydroprene和Kinoprene的主要中间体(2E,4E)—3,7,11—三甲基—2,4—十二碳二烯酸。

Abstract: | The(2E,4E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyl-2, 4-dodecadienoic acid, a main intermediate of hydroprene and kinoprene—the insect growth regulator with jurenile hormone activity was synthesized in high stereochemical purity and excellent overall yield by condensation of tetrohydrocitral and ethyl 3-methylgluta-couate, decarboxy lation and isomerization. It was finally isolated through the formation of the insoluble ammonium salts. The unavailable isomer can e recycled. |
