| Abstract: | Based on JSM-5600 SEM,the daily maintenance of tungsten filament SEM was elaborated and the troubleshooting method was also briefly introduced in this article.It is emphasized that the large valuable instrument must be specially managed and the managers must be responsible and well skilled. |
