| 摘 要： | 供应链上相关组织之间的合作，会因为各种因素的变化而导致各种风险的存在．因此，各参与或加盟组织为了能从合作中获得利益，必须采取一定的措施规避供应链运行中的各种风险．在探索供应链概念内涵的基础上，研究供应链环境下的各种风险，提出在供应链环境下的风险防范的措施．
