| 摘 要： | 分析了可供高层管理者直接使用的计算机信息系统（ＣＩＳ）匮乏的主要原因，指出开发ＥＩＳ是改变这一局面的有效途径。本文还研究了ＥＩＳ的开发策略，提出了一些对将参与ＥＩＳ的论证、设计和实施的专业人员及系统的使用者来说值得共同关注的问题.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the leading reasons for lacking of direct using CIS by the executives in organizations, this paper points out that developing EIS is the best way to change this situation. The development strategies of EIS is also studied. Some useful proposals are given to those who will participate in the feasibility study, design, implementation and operations of EIS. |
