复方羊角颗粒工艺改进疗效观察

复方羊角颗粒由羊角、白芷、川芎、制川乌4味中药组成.是治疗偏头痛、血管性头痛、紧张性头痛及神经痛的纯中药制剂,具有平肝、镇痛之功效.我厂依据卫生部药品标准[1]生产该药,在生产实践中以中药理论为依据,以降低成本、提高疗效为目的,对原制剂工艺进行了改进,改进后的复方羊角颗粒经庆阳地区人民医院及庆阳地区中医院420例临床疗效观察,有效率达92％,疗效优于改进前原制剂工艺（P<0.05）.

OBSERVATION OF CURE EFFECTS OF IMPROVED FUFANG YANGJIAO KELI

Fufang yangjiao keli is composed of Yangjiao, Baizhi; Chuanxiong; Zhi chuan-wu. It is a kind of Chinese traditional preparation and it has the significant effect of curing portion headache, blood vessel headache, tonic headache and neuralgia. The preparation was manufactured by our factory, according to the Chinese Medicine Preparation's Standard of the Ministry of Health of People's Republic of China. In practice, in order to cut down it's price and improve it's cure effect, we has improved the technology. The new preparation was used by Qingyang District People's Hospotal and Qingyang District Chinese Traditional Hospital. The effective rate was 92% in 420 cases, The new preparation was better than the original one.
