基于LabWindows/CVI5.0的织机振动测试系统的开发设计

寻求一种简洁、快速、实用的织机振动测试方法，运用虚拟仪器技术开发了织机振动测试系统，介绍了振动检测原理，开发设计了基于LabWindows／CVI5．0平台的织机振动数据采集以及数据分析软件；完成了织机振动测试系统软硬件的连接，并对织机振动进行实时检测实验，从而验证了该方法的可行性和有效性．为国内新型织机机械性能的动态检测提供可行的检测手段，也扩展了虚拟仪器技术的应用领域．

The development and design of loom vibration test system based on LabWindows/CVI5.0

For searching for a compact,double-quik,applied measuring method of looms vibration,through (appling) the technique of virtual instrument,the test system of looms vibration is developed and designed, the (theory) of its check and measurement is introducd, the collection and analysis software of its data are designed. Based on the LabWindowds/CVI 5.0,the connect between the hardware and the software of its check and (measurement) is completed. By actually measurement, it demonstrates its good performance. So, the method of measure of the mechanical capability of the new native looms is supplied. Meanwhile, the applied domain of the technique of virtual instruments is developed and extrended.
