| 摘 要： | 以ＰｏｗｅｒＢｕｉｌｄｅｒ为开发工具，重点对流域洪水预报系统的拓扑结构２，组成，软件的重组和可移植性作了详细阐述，并将上述研究成果应用于多个大型流域洪水预报系统中，实际应用表明该系统具有较好的通用性，能满足实际用户的需要。

| Abstract: | ? Based on PowerBuilder development tools, this paper describes the topological structure, composition, regeneration and inheritance of the flood forecasting system of basin (FFSB) in detail. FFSB has been applied to forecasting real time flood by many basins for years. The results show that FFSB can satisfy most of users` needs and can be applied to the flood prediction of basin under different environments. |
