基于神经网络的铅酸蓄电池剩余容量预测

摘    要:为有效地对电动车电池剩余容量进行预测,在分析了铅酸蓄电池充放电过程的反应机理的基础上,应用改进算法的BP神经网络,建立了铅酸蓄电池的神经网络模型,用于预测铅酸蓄电池放电过程中某一状态下的剩余容量。结果表明,通过该网络模型可以方便快速地得到电池剩余容量及荷电状态的预测值,所得结果满足要求,为电池管理系统提供了一种新的预测方法。

Abstract:In order to effectively predict the electric vehicle battery residual capacity,the paper analyses the reaction mechanism of lead-acid battery charging and discharging process,applies the BP neural network(short for NN)which uses the improved arithmetic,creates the lead-acid battery NN module,is used for predicting the residual capacity of any state in the discharging process.The result indicates that the NN module can rapidly measure the residual capacity and state of charge.The outcome can meet the need an...
