| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济法律体系的进一步完备，国家赔偿法律制度必将发生更深刻的变革。通过对我国国家赔偿法的基本内容和实施情况以及现行制度存在的缺陷和不足的分析，可以从国家赔偿的宗旨和原则、国家赔偿规则的设计、国家赔偿保障体系的确立三大方面来探讨我国国家赔偿制度未来的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | With the perfection of the socialist market economy and law system, the national compensation law system will inevitably go through profound change. This paper analyses the basic contents and implementation of our national compensation law as well as its defects and explores the future development tendency of our national compensation law in the light of the purpose and principle of national compensation, design of national compensation rules and the establishment of national compensation guaranteeing system. |
