混合结构房屋基础设计的进一步改进

摘    要:混合结构房屋基础一般采用条形基础,按各墙体承受的荷载分别计算基础宽度。由于在墙体相交处存在基础面积重叠问题,基础底面尺寸应作适当修正。根据基础底面压应力的分布特点确定基础底面的合理修正范围,导出了两种线性修正时的计算公式,所得结果简单可靠,可直接用于基础设计和施工。

Abstract:Strip foundation is commonly adopted in buildings with brick masonry walls and reinforced concrete floors, and the base width is computed according to the loads to which the walls are subjected. The sizes of building foundation base must be revised moderately due to the overlapping area involved in the foundation at intersection of brick masonry walls. Based on stress distribution of compressive load in walls, the two linear revised size and coefficient of foundation base have been derived. They are simple and reliable, and can be directly applied in the foundation design and construction.
