冷轧机关应力变形分析及结构改进

摘    要:三辊冷轧机是冷轧精密薄壁管的一种新型冷轧机,这种冷轧机的机头套筒为其关键部件,它直接影响轧机的动力性能及轧制管材的精度。本文根据其受力状态,从弹性力学的角度分析其应力和变形特征,并由此提出改变结构、减轻重量以提高轧制速度并保证轧制精度的设计构想。

Abstract:The three-roller cold-rolling Mill (hereinafter referred to as CRM) is a new type of CRMthat produces precise thin wall pipes. Especially high-precision, high-intensity and low-plasticitythin wall pipes.The nose Sleere is CRM's key port, which has a great effect on CRM's dynamic characteristicsand precision of Pipe produced. A correct and reasonable deSign of nose sleere, therefore is a majorproblem. This article is to analyse its stress and characteristics of deformation in t6rms Of eleasticitymechanics according to its state when a force is exerted, and comp up with a new conception of improving the designing of CRM's nose sleeve.
