齿轮连杆机构的通用运动分析算法及程序设计

摘    要:以型转化理论为依据, 将其拓广于齿轮连杆机构的运动分析中。给出了齿轮连杆机构型转化单元数学模型及通用运动分析算法。开发了一个通用运动分析程序KAGL, 解决了齿轮连杆机构分析过程中高级杆组求解困难、方法不通用且繁杂等问题, 实现了含P副、复铰及高副的齿轮连杆机构从结构分解到运动分析全过程的自动求解。

Abstract:The type transform theory is extended to the kinematic analysis of geared linkages whereby suggesting the mathematic model and correspondent general kinematic analysis algorithm of the type transform units and developing its general kinematic analysis program KAGL. This algorithm and program can successfully solve the difficulties as well as the problems of tedious, complicated and uncommon uses in the kinematic analysis of high class geared linkages and achieving an automatic solution seeking in geared linkages containing prismatial pairs, multi joints and high classes in the whole process from structural decomposition to kinematic analysis.
