摘    要:谐波齿轮传动的主要失效形式是柔轮的疲劳断裂,小长径比的柔轮的强度更为薄弱.本文对长径比为0.5的柔轮进行空载情况下的有限元分析,通过对柔轮筒壁三维简化模型的参数进行改进,设计出应力较小的小长径比的柔轮.

Abstract:The invalidation of the harmonic gear drive is mostly the fatigue rupture of the flexspline.The flexspline which has the short ratio of length to diameter is worse.The flexspline model is set up and analyzed at the condition of no load in finite element method.The text improves the parameter of the simplified three-dimension model in order to design the flexspline which has little stress.
