FFD系树脂砂增强机理研究

摘    要:研究环境湿度对FFD呋喃系树脂自硬砂固化和储存过程中强度的影响,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱分析观察了树脂膜的破裂形貌,提出湿度对树脂砂粘结桥的破坏机理和增强机理。通过加入KH-550,Si_(403),Si_(409)等偶联剂来改变粘结桥界面及粘结桥本身性质达到增强的效果。

Abstract:The influence of ambient humidity on the strength of the FFD system resin no-bake sand in the curing and storage process has been investigated. The rupture form of the resin film was observed with a scanning electronic microscope and infrared spectrum analysis. The effects of humidity on both rupture mechanism and strengthening mechanism of the binding bridge of the resin sand are presented. By adding KH-550, Si_(403) and Si_(409)resin sand can be strengthened to improve the binding bridge property and the binding characteristics between binding bridge and sand particle surfaces.
