直馏与催化裂化混合柴油的燃烧试验研究

摘    要:对两类直馏与催化裂化柴油所配制的八种不同比例的混合油进行测定和分析表 明,随含催化裂化油比例增加.密度增大;十六烷值和热值都降低;粘度变化不大; 蒸发性能基本满足柴油机要求;点火延迟期增长;爆压和压升率增大;油耗因热值减 小而增高;NO和CH的排放增加.比例大于40%后,需采取适当的技术措施才 可使燃烧性能满足要求。

Abstract:As the proportion of catalytic cracking oil is raised, the density of blend of oil is increased and an experimental relation is given. Meanwhile, the centane number and calorific power are reduced. Viscosity, however,has a little change. The vaporization characteristic of blend oil is satisfactory for diesel engine. The ignition delay, maximum cylinder pressure and emission of NO and HC are rais- ed. In addition, the fuel consumption is increased because the calorific power of blend oil is less than that of conventional oil. The above feature may be adapted to diesel engine when the proportion of catalytic cracking oil is less than 40 pe- rsent.
