滚动轴承滚针凸度量设计的可视化计算

摘    要:首先介绍了三维有限长弹性接触问题的数值方法和实体套筒滚针轴承中的越程槽结构因素对对数凸型滚针接触压力分布的影响,利用可用于多种结构形式的滚动轴承滚针凸度设计方法,在Windows操作系统中,基于Visual Basic 6.0面向对象的程序设计平台,开发出考虑越程糟时滚针凸度量设计的可视化计算软件。

Abstract:Based on the Lundberg's equation and the numerical calculation of three-dimensional elastic contact problems of finite length, a new numerical method for the crown drop evaluation considered the effect of the grinding undercut is developed according to the discovery. In this paper, the author based on the theory and calculation method, combined object oriented programming under Windows operating system,and designed the visual calculation of application software that calculates the needle crown drop based on Visual Basic 6.0.
