| 摘 要： | 泰安市作为新兴的城市，如何利用自身资源优势，如何确定“三资”企业合理的发展速度、规模，确定什么样的产业结构才能更好地外引内联避免盲目上项；对于“三资”企业采用什么样的管理机制，并及时地对“三资”企业的经营实行宏观调控，与泰安市的经济发展相适应，使整体经济效益最好？本文就此作了初步研究，以期对指导泰安市“三资”企业发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | As a developing city,Taian city has an urgent strategic problem how to take advantages of its natural resources,how to determine the proper developing speed and scaleof foreign-invested enterprises, how to define its industrial structure so as to better introduceforeign investment and establish lateral ties at home and avoid blindly starting new projects;what kind of management system can be employed for the enterprises,to macro-regulate their business situation timely so as so adapt the development of economy of the whole city and to achive the best economic benefit.The paper put forward some tentative ideas which may be beneficial to direct the development of the Taian foreign-invest enterprises. |
