| 摘 要： | 介绍了当今国际产业融合发展的新趋势，以及中国煤炭产业长期处于单一初级产品的过度竞争，与其他相关产业融合发展困难的现状。提出应通过煤炭产业的自身重组，加快资本运营，沿着价值链增值最大的路线与相关产业进行有机融合，实现中国煤炭产业的优化升级。并给出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the current development of international industry convergence,and probes into problems Chinese coal industry is confronting.It is suggested that Chinese coal industry can be optimized and upgraded by establishing flexible industrial rules,propelling the integration of coal industry with other industries,building a system of fair market competition and effective resources allocation,further enhancing industry support policy and creating better policy and environment for industry integration for the purpose of optimizing and upgrading Chinese coal industry. |
