| Abstract: | The origin and characteristic of pulp and paper mill effluent is introduced. The basic principles of the phototalytic oxidation for wastewater treatment is summarized,and the application of this technology in papermaking wastewater treatment is reviewed. The future study on photocatalytic oxidation is also discussed in this paper. |
