抗强风的索塔型风机可行性研究

摘    要:为提高台风多发地区风电结构的安全性和经济性,提出预应力拉索与塔架结合的索塔型风机结构.基于非线性振动理论推导了索塔结构的动力平衡方程;采用预应力悬链线单元、实体单元和壳单元,建立某风电场65m高塔架型风机和索塔型风机的有限元模型;计算了2种风机结构的自振特性及其在50年一遇极端工作阵风作用下的动力响应.结果表明:索塔型风机前2阶自振频率约比塔架型风机高11.3%,3至10阶自振频率无明显差异;除最不利单桩轴力最大值外,索塔型风机轮毂处的水平大位移区、塔架底面迎风点等效应力最大值及高应力区、迎风面最不利单桩轴力变化幅值等指标均明显小于塔架型风机.总体而言,强风条件下索塔型风机的受力性能优于现有塔架型风机.

Abstract:In order to improve the safety and economy of wind power structures located in typhoon-prone areas,a cable-tower structure(CTS) based on the combination of prestressed cables and a wind turbine tower was proposed.Dynamic balance equation of the CTS was derived based on nonlinear vibration theory.Prestressed catenary element,solid element and shell element were employed to build finite element models of a tower structure and CTS with both heights of 65 m,and natural vibration characteristics of the two types...
