摘    要:讨论了计算机辅助设计(CAD)在内燃机连杆组设计中的应用,介绍了中小功率内燃机连杆CAD系统的构建过程,讨论内燃机CAD系统时所面临的关键问题及其解决方案,该系统的核心部分有:连杆设计导引、中小功率内燃机工程数据库、工程算法库及图形输出平台,对连杆设计的初期设计阶段的交互过程及参数化设计过程作了相应论述。

Abstract:The application of CAD to IC engine connecting rod is studied, and the process of constructing the CAD system for IC engine connecting rod is introduced. The key problems in developing CAD software for IC engine and the resolving methods are discussed . The CAD system for connecting rod is organized into four core subsystems, including instruction for designing connecting rod, engineering database of IC engine, analysis algorithms and graphic algorithms. Specifically, the processes of the interaction between users and the CAD system in the preliminary design as well as making the parameterized model are proposed.
